Wandering

My heart's wandering far away,
Hoping for a brighter day,
Through this world and trials long,
On I march, I sing Christ's song,
Past darkness and through valleys deep,
Through suffering Christ my heart will keep,
This my prayer throughout the day,
"Lord keep my heart, don't let it stray,"
My hearts wandering on away,
But still in Christ my hope will stay.
